We are going to incorporate our audience’s ideas into your promo by using the information that they have given us from the questionnaire that we prepared and then use it within our promo to make sure that our video is exactly what the our audience is looking for. By doing this, it will increase the target audience and this will lead them to listen to the song over and over and it will become more popualr and increase sales for the band.

Audience Research Methodology (this is what Laura has done)

2. How did we find our target audience?

  • Neighbourhood?
  • Friends?
3. How did we research our target audience?

4. What were the strangths?

6. How did we approach?

1 comment:

  1. • Excellent evidence exploring genre conventions – as you develop ideas for your own promo show how you have used these conventions
    • You have been extremely thorough in exploring the conventions of promos generally and also drawing on a wide range of sources to explore how the form has been developed. Good use of examples and analysis via screen grabs.
    • All material is presented skilfully – you have used a range of ICT devices effectively!
    • Research and planning is L4 / A.
    • Next steps – ensure that your audience research is comprehensive, well analysed and feedback is acted upon. Try to show how you incorporate your audience’s ideas into your promo. Ensure that you record this as you progress. Also, keep referring back to your audience to test ideas – basically show how your production evolves.
    • Very well done!
